Nikki Taylor…your Patient Care Coordinator, was a ‘ray of sunshine’ using her expertise to help me navigate the maze of health insurance approval for my therapy. I think I called her at least three times that afternoon with questions from the insurance person. I couldn’t be any happier with the decision I made to give them a call. Everyone from the front desk to the therapist were so kind and friendly! Since I’m right handed, I wanted to get back to normal ASAP. … More From day one I was given good exercises to do and they slowly increased in difficulty so I could get stronger and more flexible as time went on. With each session I got better and better until I was finally to the point where I had full motion, much better strength and can use my right hand and arm to do just about everything I could do before the bone break.
